AMERICAN IDOL FINALE TICKETS SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES
By entering the Sweepstakes you are agreeing to these official rules (“Official Rules”).

HOW TO ENTER: The submission period begins at 12:00 AM PST on April 5, 2010 and ends at 11:59PM PST on April 30, 2010 (“Sweepstakes Period”). To enter, you must submit a valid email address and complete the registration process. Limit one entry per person. No purchase necessary to enter. Purchase does not improve chance of winning.
1. HOW TO WIN: Each entrant will be allowed to enter once during the Sweepstakes Period. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of CafePress and receipt of entries may not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by CafePress. The Grand Prize winner will be selected by random drawing on or before May 7, 2010. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing during the Sweepstakes Period. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of CafePress, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The winners will be notified by email. If a winner does not contact CafePress within three (3) calendar days of the first notification attempt or in the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules and requirements, such prize will be forfeited. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given, and an alternate winner may be chosen by CafePress.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older at time of entry. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law. 3. PRIZES:
- Each 100th valid Sweepstakes entry will be eligible to win one (1) CafePress T-shirt. ($24 USD approximate retail value). Entry count and determination of entry validity shall be solely controlled by Sponsor.
- One (1) Grand Prize winner to be selected from valid entries. The Grand Prize winner will receive two (2) tickets to each night of the American Idol Season 9 Finale on May 25, 2010 and May 26, 2010 (exact dates may change) in Los Angeles, CA. Grand Prize includes round trip coach air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from the major U.S. airport nearest the winner’s home to Los Angeles, CA, two (2) nights hotel accommodations for two (2) at a four star hotel (to be determined by CafePress) and airport transfers for two. ($1800 USD approximate retail value).
Any expense or item not specifically listed is the responsibility of the winner. Exact value may vary depending upon point of departure. Winner and guest must travel together and must be able to travel on dates designated by CafePress, or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Guest must travel together with winner on same itinerary, and shall be required (or, if a minor, his/her parent/legal guardian shall be required) to sign and return a release of liability/publicity prior to issuance of travel documents. Guest must be at least eight (8) years old to attend the American Idol Season 9 Finale. Minors traveling with winner must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. Exact travel dates to be determined by CafePress and shall be subject to availability, black out dates and other restrictions. CafePress is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. Once travel commences, no stopovers are permitted; if stopover occurs, full fare will be charged from stopover point for the remaining segments, including return, of the trip. CafePress is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining valid U.S. passports and any other required travel documents or requirements, failure to do so will result in forfeiture of prize. All travel must be completed by May 31, 2010. Seat selection and timing of trip subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Grand Prize does not include site-seeing excursions, gratuities, items of a personal nature, and any additional travel expenses not specified.
