Latina’s “American Idol Finale Sweepstakes” Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN, AND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU HAVE NOT WON YET.

These Official Rules apply to Latina’s “American Idol Finale Sweepstakes” sweepstakes to be conducted during the Entry Period described below (the “Sweepstakes”).

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older. The Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico and U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor (as defined below), LMV, FOX Broadcasting Company, 19 Entertainment LTD, FremantleMedia North America,The Coca Cola Company, Ford Motor Company (collectively, the “Promotional Partners”) and their respective affiliates, advertising, public relations, promotion agencies, accounting or legal firms, and members of the immediate family members (parent, spouse, child and sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of such persons, whether or not related, of any of the above, are not eligible to participate or win the Prize. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

TO ENTER: Between 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 6thth 2011 and 5:00 p.m. ET on May 9th , 2011(the “Entry Period”), visit www.latina.com and follow the directions to complete and submit the online entry form (“Online Entries”). Entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. ET on May 9th 2011 to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Multiple entries received from any person or e-mail address after the first entry received from that person or email address will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

DRAWING: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing held on May 10th, 2011 from all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by mail, phone, and/or e-mail using the information provided by such person with his or her entry. Prior to receiving the Prize, the potential winner must provide Sponsor with any information or certifications needed by sponsor, in its sole judgment, for tax reporting purposes. The potential winner also may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release within ten (10) business days of date of issuance. If such documents and information are provided to sponsor within the specified time period, the prize/prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, or Sponsor is unable to contact potential winner within a reasonable time period, the potential winner will not be eligible to receive the Prize and Sponsor will select an alternate winner through another random drawing from all remaining eligible entries. If a winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his/her state of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who must accompany winner on the grand prize trip and will be responsible for all requirements imposed on winner set forth herein. Winner’s guest must be 18 years of age or older and not a minor in his/her state of residence, unless Winner guest is his or her parent or legal guardian.

PRIZE: The Sponsor will award one (1) Grand Prize, which will be roundtrip airfare (coach class) for the winner and a guest, hotel accommodations for three nights (standard room, double occupancy), ground transportation to and from airport/hotel, ground transportation to and from the show (both Tuesday and Wednesday Finale Shows)and a $250 Amex Gift Card. The estimated retail value of the Grand Prize is $2,650

The sponsor will award fifteen (15) secondary prizes which consist of American Idol gifts (comprised of one (1) CD, one (1) book, one (1 ) blanket and one( 1 ) water bottle for a total value of $60.84.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received by the Sponsor during the Entry Period; only one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded and fifteen (15) secondary prizes.
