Season 2 finalist Kimberly Caldwell celebrates her birthday today. The Katy, Texas native has been on quite the ride since coming in seventh place on American Idol.
In 2008, Kim released two singles, Fear of Flying and Gave Yourself Away, but shes also paved her path as an actress and host in the industry. Kimberly has hosted Idol Tonight and Idol Wrap for the past several seasons with Justin Guarini. She famously asked out David Cook on the Season 7 finale night, and they dated for a while.
Recently, Kimberly has collaborated with Randy Jackson to produce a record and she will release her album, Without Regrets, on April 6. Her first single off the album is called Mess Of You and its currently available for download. Kims 28th year is shaping up to be a big one!
