Due to the immense popularity of the show, there is a system in place to ensure that as many fans as possible get a fair chance to see the show. PLEASE read the following information carefully so that you understand this system and so that you will get your fair chance to see the show!
Admission is only available by joining the wait list. To join the waitlist, please read this page carefully and submit your information below.
When we get to your position on the waitlist, you will be notified via email that ‘Check-In Vouchers’ are available. A check-in voucher allows you to check-in at the show on a specified day and be eligible to receive admission on a first-come, first-served basis. No persons will be allowed to check-in or stand in line at the studio without a valid voucher.
We can accommodate four check-in vouchers per request.
Notifications of check-in voucher availability is done on a first-come, first-served basis.
We are unable to accommodate requests for specific dates.
The amount of check-in vouchers we can accommodate changes weekly; making it impossible to know WHEN you will be notified and we are unable to provide more than several days notice.
Once notification of check-in voucher availability is emailed, responses are taken in on a first-come, first-served basis until we are at full capacity.
If you miss the opportunity to come to the show at that time, you must re-join the wait list so that the process may start over again. Only those who re-join the wait list will be notified again.
We are unable to make special accommodations, including those who may be traveling in from out of town to attend. Everyone will be admitted on a first come-first served basis. We are not responsible for any travel costs incurred whether your party is admitted or not.
IMPORTANT CHECK-IN VOUCHER INFO: Please be aware that we cross check and verify all check-in vouchers with our own internal information. The name on the voucher printout must match the ID of the voucher holder as well as the name that was originally inputted onto the American Idol waitlist for that voucher. This rule is in place to catch and/or prevent anyone from using a purchased voucher. Any voucher that has been purchased, and therefore has conflicting identification records, will not be accepted into the studio. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT VOUCHERS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE UNDER ANY CONDITION.
